He is a first generation entrepreneur and has successfully incorporated EcoCapita Consulting Private Limited and Ultimate Energy Resource Private limited. He is a Master in Business Administration and started his career in an environmental consultancy firm and conceptualised his start-up EcoCapita. His vision, motivation and mentorship has helped in ten-fold growth of the organisation in last five years.
Sahil has more than 6 years of experience and his areas of expertise are project grounding, business development, capacity building, marketing, project management amongst others. He started his work in EcoCapita Consulting and reached senior position in short duration. He has developed a valuable network of renewable energy project developer and Spinning Mill Association across India for which EcoCapita offered CDM advisory.
He along with Atul, co-founded Ultimate Energy Resource Private Limited realising the scope and need of work in Skill Development sector. His acumen, untiring spirit and management skills drive the energy of the entire organization.
He has more than 2 years of experience and is a Master in Business Management. He has worked in engineering and management sector. He initiated multiple entrepreneurship ventures and his business aptitude is crucial to our firm. He is hardworking, a good team player and a dynamic resource with excellent analytical skills.
With more than 3 years of experience in UERPL, he has worked to establish and maintain Skill Development Management Information Systems in the organisation. He is a Master in Social Work and thus his attitude is well aligned with the Skill sector. His key expertise is data gathering, filtering and making it a useful information for the organization.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He has also handled key administrative positions and was procurement coordinator in his previous profiles. He has done his M.Com from IGNOU. He is an important resource for the organisation managing every centre as independent cost centres and overall accounting for the firm.
